JLL Capital Markets

JLL Capital Markets announced that Steve Simonelli and Michael Oliver have been promoted to managing directors within the New Jersey office.

Simonelli and Oliver joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition in 2019 and have more than 27 years of combined commercial real estate experience and a combined $11 billion of completed transactions under their belt.

Simonelli specializes in investment sales advisory with a particular focus on multi-housing, office, retail and land transactions. Oliver also specializes in investment sales advisory transactions, with more of a focus on multi-housing, land, office and retail transactions.

Savinay Berry, Vonage

Vonage, a global leader in cloud communications helping businesses accelerate their digital transformation, announced it has appointed Savinay Berry as executive vice president, product and engineering, and a member of the company’s executive leadership team. Berry will report to Rory Read, Vonage CEO.

In this role, Berry will be responsible for global leadership of Vonage’s engineering, product management, IT and security teams, focused on driving the company’s technology strategy and innovation of the Vonage Communications Platform and its portfolio of solutions.

Casey M. Brown, Surety Title Co. LLC

Surety Title Company LLC, a leading title insurance agency serving residential and commercial clients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and nationally, is pleased to welcome Casey M. Brown as chief operating officer.

An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Brown will take a lead role managing internal operations, streamlining processes and improving efficiencies across departments and office locations.  Key to her responsibilities will be staff education with the establishment of a leadership development program, an area in which she has long-standing training and expertise. Based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Marlton, Brown is charged with reconnecting the company’s 25 locations, which includes working hands-on at its multiple offices.

Leading global commercial real estate services and investment management firm Colliers International Group Inc. announces it has hired three senior leaders in Princeton, Woodbridge and Parsippany, bolstering the firm’s rapidly growing practice in key markets across the state. The newly appointed industry veterans each join Colliers with unique and deep knowledge of the New Jersey market and bring to the firm over sixty years of combined commercial real estate experience.

Carolyn Feigin, FWH Associates P.A.

FWH Associates P.A., a regional professional engineering services firm in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, is pleased to introduce Carolyn Feigin as project engineer.

Feigin brings to FWH more than two decades of land development experience in New Jersey, taking projects from proposal to design to approval and construction. She joins FWH following nearly nine years at DW Smith Associates, where she played significant roles in highly visible developments such as Johnny Mac’s in Asbury Park, Donovan’s Reef in Sea Bright, a state-of-the-art asphalt plant expansion in Brick Township and numerous large-scale, residential subdivisions throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties.

Moshe Fishman, Reliance Global Group Inc.

Reliance Global Group Inc., a company engaged in the acquisition and management of insurance agencies in the U.S., announced the appointment of Moshe Fishman as director of insurance operations. In this role, he will help oversee the integration of insurance agencies, as well as the rollout of the company’s new 5MinuteInsure.com platform.

Prior to joining Reliance Global Group, Fishman served as president of Tekeno Financial LLC, which offers a variety of insurance products and annuities.

Joe Forline, Public Service Enterprise Group

Public Service Enterprise Group announced that Joe Forline, vice president of gas operations, has retired from Public Service Electric & Gas and has accepted a position at Pacific Gas & Electric. Brian Clark, senior vice president of fossil operations, PSEG Power, will replace Forline and will lead gas operations. Clark’s role will become effective once PSEG’s strategic alternatives process has concluded, which is anticipated by the end of 2021.

“Innovation and growth mark Joe’s career as much his leadership and hard work,” PSEG Chief Operating Officer Ralph LaRossa said. “Joe leaves a legacy of true dedication to serving our customers and enhancing their lives.”

Matthew Segreto, Citrin Cooperman

Citrin Cooperman is proud to announce that Partner Matthew Segreto has been appointed leader of the firm’s Entertainment, Music and Sports Industry Practice.
