Florida-based homebuilder Lennar Corp. is opening three new residential communities in New Jersey, it announced this week.
Venue at the American, a 55-plus active adult community in Morris Plains; Collection at Morris Plains, which offers lofts and townhomes; and the Parke at Little Falls, which features luxury lofts, are all set to open in the spring, the developer said in a news release.
“We are so excited to unveil these upscale communities in New Jersey’s most desirable areas,” Anthony Mignone, division president of Lennar’s New Jersey/New York region, said in a prepared statement. “Even throughout the constant shadow of a pandemic, Lennar has continued to experience exponential growth. This truly is a testament to our commitment to provide the very best for our homebuyers.”
All three communities feature what Lennar calls the Connected Home, which includes features such as smart doorbells and security systems, invisible smart locks and other high-tech features.
“Looking to the future, we are excited to continue these efforts as we move in the North Jersey market and bring the dream of homeownership to life for so many families,” Mignone said.
