An ice cream parlor has signed a lease at a Hillsborough retail complex, according to real estate firm Larken Associates.
The family-owned and -operated parlor, the Ice House, signed for 843 square feet at Kingsbridge Center, 378 S. Branch Road, and recently opened its doors at the five-building complex, Branchburg-based Larken said in a news release.
“Kingsbridge Center presents an ideal opportunity for up-and-coming independent businesses looking for the right blend of location, visibility and flexibility to help jump-start their success,” Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage division, said in a prepared statement.
“It was a pleasure to help guide the Ice House through the leasing process, and we are proud to welcome them to our diverse slate of tenants who currently call Kingsbridge Center home.”
