A marketing agency has signed a lease in Cherry Hill, opening an office across the Delaware River from its Pennsylvania headquarters, Vantage Commercial said recently.
The real estate firm said in a news release that Philly Marketing Group Inc., headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, signed for space at Cherry Tree Corporate Center. The brokerage represented both the tenant and the landlord, Berk & Berk at Cherry Tree LLC.
Emily Stein, director of health care services for the Cherry Hill-based brokerage firm, worked with ownership and Javen Jenkins of Philly Marketing Group on the transaction.
“Philly Marketing Group will be well-positioned for success and future growth within Cherry Tree Corporate Center in Cherry Hill,” she said in a prepared statement. “The newly renovated space will be welcoming and efficient for their employees and clients.”
