Three companies have signed lease expansions at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Glenpointe complex in Teaneck, the real estate firm announced.
The three renewals total 25,000 square feet of space at the office complex, located at 300/400/500 Frank W. Burr Blvd., Hackensack-based Sanzari said in a news release. The transactions include:
- Real estate owner and investor Treetop Development, 10,600 square feet;
- Philanthropic organization Russell Berrie Foundation, 7,300 square feet;
- Seafood product company Eastern Fish Co., 7,100 square feet.
“Beyond its tremendous location and robust amenity offerings, what truly sets Glenpointe apart from other office properties in the market is the unique business community we’ve fostered at the campus, built on long-term partnerships with our tenants that help us tap into their unique needs and deliver an unmatched experience for them and their employees,” Jerry L. Barta, vice president and director of leasing and marketing for Sanzari, said in a prepared statement.
Newmark’s team of Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson represented the landlord in all three deals.
