First National Realty Partners acquires Mo. center

Red Bank-based First National Realty Partners has acquired a grocery-anchored shopping center in Missouri, it announced this week.

The real estate investment firm said in a news release that it has acquired the Shoppes at Cross Keys, 13987 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, about 15 miles north of downtown St. Louis. The property totals 339,464 square feet and is 93% occupied; it is anchored by a 98,133-square-foot Home Depot and a 63,094-square-foot Schnucks supermarket.

“The Shoppes at Cross Keys is the premier shopping destination in the northern St. Louis market, and we are excited to expand our presence in the area and become a member of the Florissant community,” Matt Annibale, director of acquisitions at FNRP, said in a prepared statement. “Schnucks, who is the market-leading grocer in St. Louis, is joined here by a high-performing Home Depot. Both tenants help drive traffic to the center, which greatly benefits the junior anchors, restaurants and small shops.”
