A two-building office complex in West Windsor has sold, according to real estate firm JLL.
Princeton Insurance Co. sold the properties, located at 742 and 746 Alexander Road, to Strategic Funding Alternatives LLC for an undisclosed amount. They total nearly 110,000 square feet, with the three-story 742 Alexander including about 50,000 square feet and the two-story 746 Alexander comprising about 60,000 square feet.
JLL’s team of Kevin O’Hearn and Jose Cruz, senior managing directors; and Thomas Romano, Michael Oliver and Steve Simonelli, managing directors, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
Princeton Insurance Co. had occupied the properties as its corporate headquarters since the 1980s until a recent relocation.
“Princeton Insurance is a longtime client, and we’re thrilled to not only handle the disposition of their property, but also the relocation of their Princeton office,” Romano said in a prepared statement.
