A medical devices company has signed a lease at an office park in Lawrenceville, according to real estate firm Larken Associates.
Branchburg-based Larken said in a news release that Benchmark Medical Services has signed for 2,072 square feet at Princess Road Office Park, 4 Princess Road.
“In today’s office market, privacy and location are among two of the most significant factors tenants are considering in their office space search,” Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage division, said in a prepared statement. “For tenants who place considerable weight on those differentiators, properties like Princess Road Office Park stand out, as they combine the best practices in social distancing while promising easy access to customers throughout the region.”
