Three firms take space at under-construction flex property

Three companies have signed leases for a flex building under construction in Tinton Falls, according to real estate firm Zimmel Associates.

The three leases total approximately 21,783 square feet at a building at 150 Tornillo Way that is being developed by Denholtz Properties, Zimmel said in a news release:

  • Trident Computer Resources Inc., 9,510 square feet;
  • Royal K Supply & Warehouse Inc., 7,273 square feet;
  • Fertile Globe Inc., 5,000 square feet.

“When we sold Denholtz the land, we had the idea that he would build flex, which is his strong suit for construction,” Jaime Zimmel said in a prepared statement. “They own a lot of flex, so we were very confident that the building would be ready very quickly.”

Two units remain available, Zimmel said.

Denholtz is also developing a second flex building, at 151 Tornillo Way, with 25,000 square feet worth of space.
