Signature Acquisitions names SVP, director of leasing

Signature Acquisitions, a real estate firm that owns and manages office properties, has named a new senior vice president and director of leasing, it announced this week.

The Cranford-based firm said in a news release that Sandy Monaghan has joined it from Shelbourne Global Solutions, based in Brooklyn, where he was executive vice president of leasing.

“Sandy Monaghan is a well-known industry veteran who brings a significant level of experience to our organization, which we will leverage with our top-tier brokerage and property management teams to create forward-thinking leasing and asset management strategies to continue to drive the success of our portfolio,” CEO Abe Brach said in a prepared statement.

Monaghan has more than three decades of commercial real estate experience, the firm said, including working for companies including Edison Properties, JPMorgan and Archon Group.

“I’m excited to have recently joined the Signature Acquisitions team,” he said in a statement. “With a range of building styles, designs and on-site amenities, Signature Acquisitions is well-positioned to take advantage of evolving work styles, as employees return to the office and companies address changing modes of work, such as remote work and the desire for shorter commutes.

“Signature Acquisitions’ laser-like focus on creating value and delivering a superior tenant experience provides me with a fantastic opportunity to leverage my expertise and diverse industry experience to help grow and add value across the portfolio, which includes properties in strategic New Jersey submarkets, including Cranford, Clark, Parsippany, Basking Ridge and Bridgewater.”
