Urgent care coming to Maywood, NAI Hanson says

An urgent care facility is moving into Maywood’s central business district, signing a lease for office space in the borough, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.

Everyday Urgent Care signed for 2,537 square feet at the 5,865-square-foot 61 W. Pleasant Ave., with NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning representing the landlord, Dr. George Leipsner.

Everyday Urgent Care plans to open the borough’s first urgent care facility, NAI Hanson said.

“As health care becomes more community-focused, we continue to see urgent care operators searching for well-located and adaptable spaces to open practices in our local communities,” Horning said in a prepared statement. “By leveraging our local market knowledge and relationships, we are consistently able to help landlords attract these types of high-quality tenants to spaces in markets like Maywood and ensure easy access to these important facilities.”
