Vantage Commercial announced the sale of a 12,000-square-foot retail/industrial building located in Somers Point.
The property, sold as an investment sale, is occupied under a long-term lease by Weinstein Supply, a national plumbing supply wholesaler.
Ken Richardson, executive director at Vantage Commercial, represented both the buyer and seller in this agreement that allowed the asset to efficiently change ownership.
In just 12 weeks from acquiring the listing, Richardson identified the buyer, negotiated the transaction and, ultimately, sold the asset.
“The seller worked with us to finalize the listing, which met all of their requirements,” Richardson said. “Once the opportunity was secured, we reached out to our network and secured a buyer rather quickly.”
