A Hammonton-based facilities maintenance manager has acquired a Washington state-based company to grow its business, it announced Monday.
Advanced Service Solutions LLC, which started in the snow and ice removal business in 2007 and is now a full-service provider, said the addition of Coast Workplace Solutions Inc. will grow its interior maintenance division.
The Everett company’s president, Zach Richter, will take a leadership position with Advanced, it noted.
“We are proud to welcome Zach and the entire Coast Workplace Solutions team to the Advanced family,” CEO Jeff Tunis said in a prepared statement. “We are excited by the benefits this combination will bring the combined customer base, both through enhanced service offerings and access to an expanded network of qualified service providers.”
