Monmouth Medical Center has promoted a leading doctor to chief medical officer, tasked with the overall clinical vision for the hospital, it announced this week.
Dr. Kenneth Granet, who had been chairman of the Department of Medicine at MMC, will now provide medical oversight, expertise and leadership to ensure delivery of the highest-quality health care, the hospital said in a news release.
Granet joined the staff of the hospital in 1993 and has served in a number of leadership roles since then.
