Safety services company Total Safety Consulting LLC, based in Bayonne, has been acquired by a subsidiary of insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., the firm announced Tuesday.
TSC, whose affiliates include TSC Training Academy LLC, provides safety services to support the construction development process, including safety management, loss control engineering, training services and more.
Financial terms of the transaction with Illinois-based Gallagher’s Gallagher Bassett Services Inc. risk management unit were not disclosed.
TSC leaders Jim and Liz Bifulco and their team will continue to operate from current locations in New Jersey, New York and Florida under the direction of Jim Bond of Gallagher Bassett Services and its construction practice.
