Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has chosen Silbert Realty & Management Co. as the exclusive leasing agent for a retail center in Hackensack, it announced Monday.
The Hackensack-based real estate firm said in a news release that Silbert’s Brian Silbert, CEO and president, will lead the assignment for Summit Plaza, 370/380 W. Pleasantview Ave., along with David Greenman, senior vice president of retail services.
“Well-located, high-visibility and heavily trafficked locations remain at the top of retail tenants’ wish lists, particularly as the sector continues to recover from the economic impacts of COVID-19,” Stephen Jennings, Sanzari’s vice president of leasing and marketing, said in a prepared statement. “With an extensive background in retail and shopping center leasing, we are confident that partnering with Brian and his team on this assignment will enable us to expand our unique tenant roster at Summit Plaza.”
The Super Stop & Shop grocery-anchored retail center includes tenants such as Harmon Face Values, Juicy Platters, GNC, LabCorp and more. Units available for lease range from 1,450 square feet up to 4,245 square feet, as well as two neighboring units that could be combined into a 6,735-square-foot space.
