First National Realty Partners adds Nashville-area shopping center

Red Bank-based real estate investment firm First National Realty Partners has acquired a grocery-anchored shopping center in Tennessee, it announced this week.

The firm said in a news release that it has purchased the Shoppes at Hickory Hollow, a 144,469-square-foot property at 5319 Mount View Road in Antioch, about 13 miles southeast of downtown Nashville. The property is 97% occupied, including a 59,112-square-foot Kroger store.

“We are thrilled to be adding another high-performing Kroger to the portfolio,” Matt Annibale, director of acquisitions, said in a prepared statement. “Nashville has been a target market for us, and we are excited to be acquiring the Shoppes at Hickory Hollow. The high-quality grocery anchor, coupled with the strong mix of essential, daily needs tenants, is the exact type of deal profile we look for.”
