A luxury rental community located next to the Raritan train station has begun leasing, the developers announced recently.
Crossings at Raritan Station, at 59 Second Ave., includes 256 rental units in studio through two-bedroom configurations, plus indoor and outdoor amenities, according to Accurate Builders & Developers.
“We are thrilled to officially kick off leasing at Crossings at Raritan Station,” Jack Klugmann, CEO and president of Accurate Builders & Developers, said in a prepared statement. “This community reflects our commitment to creating a well-balanced lifestyle for residents that considers stylish living spaces, thoughtful social amenities and great locations.”
The Marketing Directors is serving as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for units, which start at $1,578 per month. Immediate occupancy is available.
“Right now, there is strong consumer demand for luxury rental properties in suburban markets like Raritan, where residents can enjoy conveniences like walkable downtowns and easy access to mass transit, but in a low-density neighborhood,” Jacqueline Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors, said in a statement.
The community was designed by architect Deveraux and Associates.
