Northfield office park sells for $1.35M, CBRE says

An office park in Northfield has sold for $1.35 million, according to real estate firm CBRE.

Mainland Professional Office Park, located at 1750 Zion Road, includes three buildings totaling 21,440 square feet. It was sold by JAMAG Inc. to BB Capital LLC, an affiliate of the Montclair-based Becker Organization.

CBRE’s Bill Tourtellotte, senior vice president, led the marketing campaign and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller.

“Mainland Professional Office Park was the first high-quality office complex in the Northfield area when it was built in 1972,” he said in a prepared statement. “Its central location and unique design make it very attractive to medical and professional tenants. The new ownership plans significant cosmetic modernizing upgrades that will reestablish the prominence of this complex within the market.”
