Marlboro shopping center is sold, C&W says

A retail center in Marlboro has been sold, according to real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.

The Willow Point shopping center, at 184 U.S. Highway 9, is a 35,000-square-foot complex that is 85% leased to 17 tenants.

The buyer, seller and financial terms were not disclosed.

C&W’s Andy Merin, Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Brian Whitmer, Max Helfman and Andre Balthazard represented the seller in the transaction.

“This asset’s U.S. Highway 9 location offers convenience and accessibility from many local residences, as well as the 75,000 vehicles that drive by per day,” Schwartz said in a prepared statement. “The center has historically boasted strong occupancy and has a diversified rent role and solid in-place cash flow.”
