The developers have broken ground on an industrial building in Sparta, they announced this week.
Berardi Development Co. has retained NAI James E. Hanson as the exclusive listing agent for the 27,000-square-foot building at 6 Aaron Way in the White Lake Commerce Park, the two real estate firms said in a news release.
NAI Hanson’s John Schilp will handle the assignment.
“We continue to see the Sussex County market showcase tremendous demand as industrial users search for spaces that can successfully blend accessibility, affordability and adaptability,” he said in a prepared statement. “This latest groundbreaking at the White Lake Commerce Park not only highlights the fantastic growth trajectory of this market, but the future economic contributions of the tenants who will one day occupy this state-of-the-art space.”
The groundbreaking ceremony included Sparta Mayor Christine Quinn and Sussex County Chamber of Commerce President Tammie Horsfield, among others.
The building is scheduled to be completed later this year.
