A book publicity agency has signed a new lease in Cherry Hill, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
Smith Publicity Inc. signed a long-term lease for 3,300 square feet at the Cherry Hill Plaza building along Route 70. Vantage said in a news release that the space will be fully renovated to help meet Smith’s very specific requirements for relocation.
Ken Richardson, executive director with Cherry Hill-based Vantage, represented the tenant in the deal and worked with the landlord, CHP Associates Inc.
“Smith Publicity Inc. will enjoy their new location for years to come,” he said in a prepared statement. “The Cherry Hill Plaza building met all of their requirements, and ownership was a pleasure to work with and expedited the process.”
