Preleasing has begun at a luxury apartment property in Somerville, according to the developer, DGM Management.
Station House Somerville, located at 44 Veterans Memorial Drive, will feature 116 luxury apartments within walking distance of the train station and Main Street. Apartments include one- and two-bedroom layouts up to 1,480 square feet.
