A restaurant in Neptune has been sold in a two-part deal, according to real estate firm Bielat Santore & Co.
The Allenhurst-based firm said in a news release that the Simko’s restaurant business was sold to an independent, undisclosed operator, while the property at 1131 Highway 35 was sold to an undisclosed real estate investor.
“This transaction was bifurcated; one buyer for the real estate and one buyer for the business,” Richard Santore of Bielat Santore & Co. said in a prepared statement.
Simko’s will remain open six days a week through the summer and fall, before undergoing a name and concept change in the winter.
