A Gold Coast condo building held its grand opening recently, unveiling its model home and sales center along the Hudson River in North Bergen, according to the developers.
Solaia is a 14-story building that features 70 units in one- to three-bedroom configurations, as well as amenities including a three-story wellness center. The project is being developed by Skyline Development Group, in a joint venture partnership with Vasco Ventures and Mosaic Real Estate.

“Now more than ever, luxury buyers are putting a premium on lifestyle, and Solaia stands at the forefront with a spa-inspired environment unlike anything offered on Jersey’s Gold Coast,” Skyline founder and CEO Louis Mont said in a prepared statement. “There is simply nothing comparable on the market today.”
Residences at the 8701 Churchill Road building are priced starting at $699,000, with initial occupancy expected in the summer. Compass Development Marketing Group’s New Jersey office will market the property.
