Clio, a maker of food products, has signed leases for 33,000 square feet of industrial space in Piscataway, according to real estate firm Zimmel Associates.
The two freestanding, 33,000-square-foot buildings are located in Piscataway Corporate Center, Zimmel said in a news release. The real estate firm has worked with developer Denholtz Properties since even before the buildings were built at 141-147 W. Ethel Road in 1994.
Clio, a maker of Greek yogurt bars, had originally leased a 20,000-square-foot unit more than a year ago, building it out as a manufacturing facility. The company has now leased another 13,000-square-foot unit adjacent to the first, and another 20,000 square feet in the building next door.
Both properties are now 100% leased.
