Medical office condo sells, NAI Hanson reports

A medical office condominium in Ridgefield has sold, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.

The 2,393-square-foot office at 605 Broad Ave. was purchased by Goals Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery from Michele M. Chang, the firm said. Financial terms were not disclosed.

NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, along with David M. Ukleja, represented the buyer in the transaction.

“An unexpected byproduct of the pandemic has been an increased demand for elective procedures,” Lizzack said in a prepared statement. “As a result, practices that specialize in cosmetic procedures such as plastic surgery and dermatology are booming and are in need of larger footprints or additional offices. Due to our deep understanding of these market trends, were were able to help our client identify a property that not only presented an ideal business expansion opportunity, but also enabled them to make a long-term investment in their practice.”

The buyer is expanding its medical practice, which also has offices in Atlanta and New York City.
