An executive with an Edison-based construction management firm has purchased the company and taken over as president, it announced this week.
Eric R. Gatti, formerly the vice president of G William Group LLC, had been co-owner with founder Gary Fleming before recently obtaining Fleming’s membership interest and naming Gatti as sole member.
“I can’t think of a better person to take over the helm than Eric,” Fleming said in a prepared statement.
The company has 24 full-time employees working in the commercial construction and property condition assessment sectors.
