An industrial building in West Berlin has sold for $2.59 million, according to real estate firm Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The property at 400 Cooper Road comprises 38,928 square feet in one story, and was sold by GW Investors LLC to 400 Cooper Road LLC, the firm said.
Senior Vice President Brett Davidoff represented the buyer in the transaction, which saw Brendan Fernandes take advantage of low interest rates to purchase the property, after previously leasing another industrial building for several years.
