Brokerage firm renews lease in Jersey City, Cresa says

A brokerage services firm has renewed its lease in Jersey City, according to real estate firm Cresa.

HTD — also known as Hartfield Titus & Donnelly — re-signed for 11,357 square feet at 111 Town Square Place, the firm said in a news release. The rental price for the five-year lease was $45 per square foot.

The lease was arranged by Peter Sabesan with help from Dennis Gralla. Both are managing principals with the firm. Ray Kawas represented the landlord, LeFrak, in-house.

“It continues to be a pleasure to work with HTD and have a ringside seat watching its steady growth over the decades,” Sabesan said in a prepared statement. “Renewing the lease again at 111 Town Square Place was a wise decision from the standpoint of location, services, access to transportation, amenities and value.”
