Colliers to serve as leasing agent for 145K sq. ft. Florham Park office complex

Colliers has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a Florham Park office complex, the real estate firm announced Thursday.

The two-building property at 30 Vreeland Road includes a total of 145,000 square feet of space and is undergoing a $1 million capital improvement campaign to help create a work environment well-suited to the post-COVID world, Colliers said in a news release.

The team of Richard J. Madison, executive managing director; Jack Callahan, associate director; and Conor Ryan, associate, is handling the assignment on behalf of the landlord, an undisclosed private-equity firm.

“Our team is very excited to be working on this assignment under new ownership, and look forward to reintroducing 30 Vreeland Road to the market,” Madison said in a prepared statement. “Ownership was able to acquire the two-building complex at a low basis, giving them the financial flexibility needed to be aggressive within the market.”

The property can handle tenants needing spaces from 2,000 to more than 30,000 square feet, Colliers said.

“The modern office has changed as a result of the pandemic, with organizations today prioritizing upgraded facilities and amenities like outdoor collaboration areas,” Callahan said in a statement. “Ownership is in tune with these demands and its capital improvement program is sure to attract a variety of world-class corporate users.”
