World Insurance Associates, the Tinton Falls-based insurance brokerage, has made several changes to its leadership team, including creating new C-suite roles.
The company said in a news release that it has named two new executives and moved two others to newly created positions. It cited its mission to build a world-class team that will deliver on its value proposition of delivering large-scale resources and personal relationships to clients and partners.
The moves include:
- Chief Operating Officer Frank Costa will become chief growth officer, one of the new roles. He will now focus on new business and client retention initiatives, as well as building a sales infrastructure, among other duties.
- Andrea Paris has been named COO. She had held operational leadership roles with Willis Towers Watson and USI, and will now build World’s new operating model.
- Chief Human Resources Officer Michele Stoebling will become head of acquisition integration, another new role. In this position, she will focus on building out internal infrastructures for onboarding of acquired firms.
- Diane Dooley has been named CHRO. She had held HR leadership roles at HKA Global, ALSCG, Connor Strong & Buckelew, Deloitte and EY, and will now oversee all of World’s HR functions.
“Both the moving of a few key executives and the addition of new team members are very exciting, and will allow us to build out their respective areas to better support the growth of the firm,” CEO Rich Eknoian said in a prepared statement. “Ultimately, these changes will lead to an improved experience for our clients and partners, which, of course, is our main goal.”
