Lease deals bring Union shopping center to full occupancy

A shopping center in Union has reached 100% occupancy with two lease signings, according to real estate firm CBRE.

Phenix Salon Suites signed for 12,674 square feet, while Mike’s Pizza signed for 1,980 square feet at Greenleaf at Union, a 110,000-square-foot retail center at 1235 W. Chestnut St.

A CBRE team of Steven Winters and Michael Horne handled the leasing campaign and negotiated the transactions on behalf of the owner, Sun Equity Partners.

“Greenleaf at Union is a well-located, multitenant center along the vibrant Route 22 corridor, and we were fortunate to represent Sun Equity Partners and the center’s redevelopment,” Horne said in a prepared statement. “Working closely with ownership, we secured a great lineup of top-tier retailers that now bring this shopping center to full occupancy.”
