A risk solutions company has signed a lease extension in Hoboken, according to developer SJP Properties.
The real estate firm said in a news release that Risk Management Solutions Inc. extended its lease at Waterfront Corporate Center II for 27,510 square feet. The company said RMS has been a tenant since 2010.
“We value our longstanding relationship with RMS as a true partner in helping them achieve their business growth objectives with smart real estate decisions,” Alexander Erdos, SJP’s senior vice president – leasing and marketing, said in a prepared statement. “Hoboken remains one of the Hudson River waterfront’s most sought-after submarkets, and we’re proud to continue our track record in this market of leasing to forward-looking companies seeking convenient, next-generation office space, unsurpassed amenities and transportation access for their workforces.”
CBRE’s Charles Laginestra and Nick Savage represented the tenant in the transaction.
