Leasing begins for second tower of Vantage Collection in Jersey City (SLIDESHOW)

Leasing has begun for the second tower at a luxury rental development in Jersey City, according to Fisher Development Associates.

The Vantage Collection’s second building includes 452 upscale units at 1 Park View Ave. in the Liberty Harbor North neighborhood, the developer said in a news release. The 45-story building includes studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, including views of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline. Rents begin in the low $2,000s per month, the developer said.

“The Vantage Collection is a cutting-edge rental that speaks to the needs and lifestyles of today’s sophisticated urban residents,” Brian Fisher, president of Fisher Development Associates, said in a prepared statement. “A striking architectural addition to the Jersey City skyline, these buildings offer spacious and well-appointed homes perfect for remote work, a seemingly endless offering of amenities inside and out, and an ultraconvenient location connected to mass transportation options and the vibrancy of downtown Jersey City.

“We’re delighted to officially unveil the second upscale building at the Vantage Collection, and welcome new renters to this luxury address.”

The Bozzuto Group is handling property management and leasing. S9 Architecture was the designer.

Overall, the two towers feature 900 apartments and about 11,300 square feet of ground-floor retail. The property also includes 70,000-plus square feet of amenities, including a Sky Lounge, fitness center, coworking lounge and more.
