Former SJP exec Bronsnick joins Cushman & Wakefield to lead N.J. market

Former SJP Properties executive Peter Bronsnick has joined Cushman & Wakefield as its managing principal of New Jersey, the real estate firm announced this week.

In his new role, Bronsnick will lead all market activities and drive business performance for C&W. Bronsnick, who spent nearly a decade with SJP, announced his departure from that firm in April.

He was a member of the most recent ROI Influencers: Real Estate list for his work at SJP.

“We are delighted that Peter will be joining Cushman & Wakefield,” Toby Dodd, president, New York tri-state, said in a prepared statement. “His passion for motivating teams to achieve our clients’ goals will greatly add to our culture of teamwork, respect, excellence and winning. In this role, he will drive business performance and ensure we continue to deliver the best outcomes for our occupier and investor clients across the region.

“Peter will have a specific focus on our goals around diversity, equity and inclusion; developing next-generation talent; and supporting all of our professionals so they can operate at their full potential. We are so excited to welcome Peter to the team.”

Bronsnick has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including serving as president of the New Jersey region for SJP, as well as in executive roles with RXR Realty Corp. and Mack-Cali Realty Corp. He is a member of the board of directors for NAIOP New Jersey.

“New Jersey and the greater tri-state region are important growth markets for our business in the Americas,” Roberta Liss, president, East Region, said in a statement. “Peter is an industry leader, and we are confident he will continue to elevate our professionals across all service lines, grow our business and offer clients best-in-class services and solutions.”
