The Kislak Co. Inc. has been chosen as the exclusive sales agent for a former restaurant site in Nutley, it announced this week.
Julie Gralla, vice president, is handling the assignment on behalf of the undisclosed property owner. The former Franklin Steakhouse is a 12,000-square-foot restaurant, bar and banquet space at 238 Franklin Ave. The property sale price is $1.6 million, and that includes a liquor license.
“This landmark restaurant space brought in $2.7 million in income per year prior to the pandemic and will be the future success of a restaurateur or developer,” Gralla said in a prepared statement. “This is a unique opportunity for a discounted investment, which includes a highly valuable liquor license.”
The building is a two-story structure, with approximately 4,000 square feet on each level and another 4,000 square feet on the basement level.
