Valley Bank is moving its headquarters from Wayne to Morristown next year, it confirmed.
“We have just announced that we are relocating our corporate headquarters to a new, innovative, state-of-the-art facility that will be built in Morristown,” Marc Piro, senior vice president, head of content, creative and public relations, told ROI-NJ in an emailed statement. “The new headquarters is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.”
No further details were available from the bank.
Valley said earlier this week it was expanding in New York state with the acquisition of the Westchester Bank.
