Homebuilder Toll Bros. announced the opening of a new luxury townhome complex in Montvale this week, with construction underway and sales beginning.
Village Springs at Montvale includes three different home designs with three-bedroom layouts and more than 3,000 square feet of living space. Homes start at the upper $800,000s in price, the builder said in a news release.
“With floor plans designed for today’s buyers and unrivaled personalization options including home offices, elevators and much more, Village Springs at Montvale will offer residents the best in luxury living in one of Bergen County’s most desirable towns,” Craig Cherry, division president for New Jersey, said in a prepared statement. “We are excited to bring our stunning collection of homes to this very special community.”
