A maker of art supplies has leased an industrial space in Tinton Falls, according to real estate firm Sheldon Gross Realty.
The firm said in a news release that Ranger Industries has signed for a 5,200-square-foot, single-story space at 968 Shrewsbury Ave. The property is owned by Tinton Falls Business Park.
“Geographically speaking, Tinton Falls is an ideal location for wholesale product distribution,” Marcy Gross, president of Sheldon Gross Realty, said in a prepared statement. “There’s quick, direct access both to the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike, plus every other key roadway in Monmouth County. Newark Liberty airport is only a 40-minute drive, New York City is about 45 minutes away, and it’s less than 90 minutes to Philadelphia.”
Sheldon Gross Realty is based in West Orange.
