Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday it has arranged the sale of 129 East First Avenue, a 7,100 square-foot industrial property in Roselle, for $1,165,000.
The property, located near Newark Liberty Airport, Port Newark/Elizabeth and the Goethals Bridge, features 2,000-square-foot offices, 15-foot ceilings, one drive-in door, one double wide walk-in door and 15 surface parking spaces.
The property also is in close proximity to a NJ Transit Rail Station in Roselle.
The seller, Nasbone Real Estate LLC, was represented by Steve Jaynes, industrial specialist, and Jeffrey Goldfinger, vice president, of BRC. The buyer, 129 EFA, LLC, was represented in-house.
