Massiano Logistics has signed a lease a 54,000 square-feet of warehouse at 1000 Jefferson Ave. in Elizabeth, NAI Hanson announced Monday.
The warehouse is part of a 202,000 square-foot industrial property that is fewer than six miles from Port Newark. The property, built in 1948, was renovated in 2019 to feature white-box warehouse space equipped with new LED lighting and high-efficiency windows. Sitting on over 8.6 acres of land, the property boasts 105 parking spaces and 16’ ceilings.
The warehouse Massiano Logistics will be occupying at the property includes a dedicated 0.4-acre side lot and eight loading docks.
Massiano Logistics, based in Orlando, uses proprietary technology and innovative processes to coordinate and streamline the furniture delivery process.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Barry J. Cohorsky, LJ Koch, Russell Verducci and Eric Demmers represented the landlord, Elion Partners. Cornerstone Real Estate Group’s Eric Ladden represented the tenant, Massiano Logistics, in the transaction.
