Colliers has been named the leasing agent for 123 Tice Boulevard in Woodcliff Lake, a recently updated Class-A office building that currently has 52,373 square feet available.
The building, owned by Vision Properties, can accommodate tenants from 4,369 SF up to 42,195 SF of continuous space on the third floor.
The building recently underwent significant capital improvements to offer tenants an array of amenities, including a full-service cafe, a refurbished lobby and elevators, on site storage as well as outdoor seating. The three-story building also provides a loading dock, freight elevator and ample parking.
Vision Properties also is planning further capital improvements to help create a working environment best suited for the post-COVID world.
A Colliers team made up of Executive Managing Director Bryn Cinque, Senior Managing Director James Bailey and Associate Stephen Graziano was selected by ownership to handle leasing efforts for the property.
“As we emerge from the pandemic and more companies search for new space, many have prioritized amenities and upgraded common areas,” Bailey said. “Ownership is in tune with these demands and its planned and recent improvements are sure to attract a variety of world-class corporate users.
“The contiguous space offered by the building is also able to accommodate creative and flexible floor plans that can ensure social distancing and a variety of other post-COVID workplace protocols.”
David Milewski, Northeast Vice President at Vision Properties, said the property is ready to go.
“123 Tice Boulevard is in a prime position to take advantage of current market conditions by offering flexible floor plans that can accommodate various sized office users within the market,” he said. “We are pleased to be working with Colliers for this incredible property and we are confident this space will garner interest from a range of potential tenants.”
The property is adjacent to Tice’s Corner shopping center and a short distance from Hilton Woodcliff Lake Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott and Life Time Fitness, as well as The Shoppes at DePiero Farm and numerous restaurants and dining options.
