A kitchen and bathroom remodeling company has purchased a building in Bridgewater for $1.132 million, according to real estate firm Sheldon Gross Realty.
Skydell Contracting Inc. bought the one-story, 7,500-square-foot building at 711 E. Main St. from PRD Properties LLC, Sheldon Gross said in a news release. President Marcy Gross and Vice President Eric Weston handled the transaction.
“Bridgewater’s absolutely an ideal spot for Skydell,” Gross said in a prepared statement. “It’s right in the heart of Somerset County, where much of its business is conducted. In addition, East Main Street offers tremendous visibility, so the location itself can be a business-development tool.”
