Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the Hackensack-based real estate firm, has hired a new chief financial officer, it announced this week.
Timothy DeCola has joined the company from Black Spruce Management, where he was CFO. He brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate financial management, and will now be responsible for the integrity of the firm’s financial information, as well as overseeing the accounting and finance departments.
“We are thrilled to be able to bring Tim on board,” CEO David Sanzari said in a prepared statement. “Tim is no stranger to the impact a well-executed financial strategy has on a real estate organization, and the skills and experiences he brings to the table are exactly what we are looking for.”
