A wealth management firm has signed a long-term lease extension at a Parsippany office property, according to real estate firm JLL.
Summit Financial re-signed for 36,470 square feet at 4 Campus Drive, now owned by Onyx Equities LLC. JLL’s Christopher Conklin and Chris Masi represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction.
The Class A building at 4 Campus Drive totals 147,475 square feet and is part of the Arbors business campus. Onyx is planning a major capital improvement program for the campus in 2021.
“4 Campus Drive was always a great location for the clients and employees of Summit Financial,” Conklin said in a prepared statement. “The fact that Onyx committed to bring these buildings up to a modern, Class A standard further appealed to our client. The property offers a powerful mix of amenities, best-in-class retail and accessibility that made it the ideal solution for Summit’s long-term needs.”
