The new owner of an office building in Mount Laurel has named WCRE as its exclusive leasing agent, the Marlton-based firm announced this week.
Triumvirate Investment LLC recently acquired the 41,000-square-foot, Class A building at 400 Fellowship Road, which offers suites ranging from 200 to 20,000 square feet and is undergoing renovations to common areas and other spaces.
“We are excited to be working with WCRE’s leasing team of Jason Wolf and Bethany Brown, and Triumvirate Investment LLC is confident that they will be very successful in marketing this premier business center,” Michael Vuong, partner with Triumvirate, said in a prepared statement.
