A men’s barbershop has signed a long-term retail lease in Cherry Hill, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
Babylon Barbers, a full-service barbershop, has signed for 1,775 square feet at Towne Center at Short Hills, located along Evesham Road.
The Cherry Hill-based real estate firm’s Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Emily Stein, director of health care services, worked with both the landlord, Short Hills Towne Center II LP, and the tenant, owner Mohammed Said, on the transaction.
“Babylon Barbers has selected an ideal location for their new barbershop,” Walsh said in a prepared statement. “Centrally located in a highly visible retail complex in Cherry Hill, they will benefit from their new location for years to come. Ownership at the Towne Center at Short Hills is thrilled to welcome Babylon Barbers to their diverse list of co-tenants.”
