NJBankers names Mangini director of marketing and communications

John Mangini, an experienced marketer with more than 15 years of B2B experience, has been named vice president and director of marketing and communications for the New Jersey Bankers Association.

Mangini will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing and communications strategy for both NJBankers and Bankers Cooperative Group. His focus will be on increasing awareness of the value propositions both organizations bring to the New Jersey banking community.

“We’re delighted to have John come on board,” NJBankers CEO John McWeeney said. “He will be a valuable resource to all of us in this key role.”

Mangini previously held marketing management roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Van Wagner Communications and Rymax Marketing Services. He graduated from Rowan University with a degree in communications.

The New Jersey Bankers Association is a trade association representing 72 banks and 173 service providers. It was founded 116 years ago.
