NAI DiLeo-Bram handles sales of 2 Union County office buildings

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has arranged a pair of office building sales in Union County, the real estate firm announced.

In the first transaction, Dr. Bohdan Kiyko and Dr. Nazar Pereymydida of Cranford PetVet purchased 245-249 North Ave. W. in Cranford, a former Two River Bank branch. The 2,800-square-foot building will be used as a veterinary practice and animal hospital. Richard Goski, vice president, and Catherine Goski, associate vice president, represented the buyer, while Metro Commercial’s Mark Gerlach represented the seller.

In the second transaction, the Goskis represented the seller of 1358 Morris Ave. in Union, a 1,600-square-foot law office. Access Homes Realty’s Francisco Isern represented the buyer. Neither the seller nor the buyer was disclosed.

“We are seeing an uptick in small business owners looking for buildings to acquire as the state is returning to a new sense of normal,” Richard Goski said in a prepared statement. “We look forward to continuing to help owners and buyers structure mutually acceptable transactions.”
